Punjab Pharmacy Council, established under Pharmacy Act 1967 as amended in 1973, with the crystal clear objective to regulate the practice of pharmacy. The Secretary Health Government of the Punjab acts as President (Ex-officio) while the secretary, bears the office of Punjab Pharmacy Council to execute and exercise all the legislative functions (Section-23 of the Pharmacy Act, 1967) as;

All the passed candidates of Pharmacy Technician 2 year program & Pharmacy Assistant program are welcomed to the Office of Punjab Pharmacy Council (PPC) at 169-A, Ahmad Block, New Garden Town, Lahore to get their category B registration certificate. New/Revised Registration form is available on PPC website:

www.punjabpharmacycouncil.com and also available on the information desk of PPC office. Please visit office and register yourself.

All the pharmacy technician colleges are informed that a large number of student’s pictures are missing in the Pharmacy Technician supplementary examination scheduled to be held on 13th & 14th December 2025. In this context, a button has been created on the PPC online portal to re-upload these pictures. All the technician colleges are directed to open their supplementary exam applications of first year & second year on dashboard and upload the pictures of students whose pictures are not available. These pictures must be uploaded till Sunday, 30th November 2025 at 12:00 Night.
Strict compliance is needed in the colleges/students interest.


Non compliance / failure of which may cause non provision of roll number slips for sitting in the examination.

 

ANNOUNCEMENT / STUDENT’S ALERT

 

Due to immature, non responsible attitude of some Pharmacy Technician Colleges across Punjab, AJK and Islamabad regarding uploading of incorrect  result cards on PPC Portal to deceive PPC in terms of eligibility of remaining papers and chances/attempts of appearing, the examinations are now again rescheduled with heavy heart to be held on 13th & 14th December 2025 (Saturday & Sunday). The student paper/chances /eligibility record is under correction. We are correcting incorrect record provided by colleges by matching it with the last result card issued remarks. The Roll number slips will be shared to the concerned colleges prior to Examination.

The practicals schedule will be announced later.

 

The owners / principals / focal persons of those pharmacy technician colleges in Punjab, Islamabad & AJK who do not submit the prescribed examination fee of their students for the supplementary examination till date in spite of PPC repeated requests / reversions on PPC online portal are show caused and their students will not be able to appear in the supplementary examination of pharmacy technician to be held on 13th & 14th December 2025 and roll number slips will not be issued by NTS. List of colleges along with their students is enclosed for perusal and further necessary action in this regard.
Despite of repeated non compliances, another final opportunity has been provided to those colleges in the best interest of students that those colleges may deposit cash fee @ Rs. 12,000/- (double fee) per student in the Main Office of Punjab Pharmacy Council at 7-B, Huma Block, LDA Flats, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore or by any mode of payment i.e. demand draft in the name of Secretary Punjab Pharmacy Council, online transfer in PPC account number etc. till Tuesday, 2nd December 2025 for papering in the supplementary examination otherwise the colleges / students will not be able to appear in the supplementary examination and they will also lose their 1 attempt / 1 chance of appearing in the examination out of candidature.

Technician Colleges Alert

 

All the respected owners of Pharmacy Technician colleges/institutes across Punjab, AJK and Islamabad. keeping in view a number of complaints by the students and their parents about the overcharging and extra charging for the preparation of registration files of students by the colleges/institutes, it is decided by the competent authority that college administration shall not  send registration cases of their past ex-students collectively for registration purposes to PPC and will let their students to submit their registration files in PPC office personally or through post. No registration case will be entertained sent by any college after 7-8-2025 Thursday.

Technician Colleges Alert

 

 

Respected concerned, It is to inform that from now to onwards the total marks of both Pharmacy Technician Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) of First Year and Second Year are reduced from 120 to 100 marks for convenience of teachers and students, PPC and  to standardized all the  examinations.

In each paper total marks of MCQs will be reduced from 60 to 50 and each MCQ will carry 1 mark, similarly subjective part will also be reduced from 60 to 50 marks and each question will carry 5 marks.

Pass percentage will remain the same as previous, i.e., 50% 50 numbers out of 100 for all next theory and practical examination by PPC

 

PUBLIC NOTICE

Punjab Pharmacy Council Media Surveillance Wing has reported that they have received some complaints that some miscreants are active on facebook accounts and whatsapp groups titled Punjab Medical Faculty, Pharmacy Assistant, Technician and are offering through advertisement that pharmacy technician and pharmacy assistant students can get pass result card and renewal certificates from Punjab Pharmacy Council.

It is to inform that these type of advertisements, claims and offers for getting pass with result cards from NTS / PPC are totally false & fake and do not have any type of connection with Punjab Pharmacy Council and they are looting innocent students only for making money fraudulently. These knaves are culpable and will be dealt under cybercrime wing (FIA).

PRESS RELEASE

It is to inform that the subject wise uniform reading material/syllabus in the form of official text books and practical note books are under the printing stage and will be available soon for next academic session (2025-2027).
